R2 Initiative

The R2 Initiative is a youth enrichment and mentoring program of the Region 2000 Workforce Investment Board.

Vision

To provide all youth in Central Virginia with the choice and challenge to succeed in school and workplace.

Mission

To provide support and opportunity for youth by connecting them with successful community leaders; to motivate youth to become successful socially, academically, and vocationally; and to prepare youth to become integral parts of the community.
